Our molding workshop is equipped with advanced injection machines ranging from 28 to 1200 ton clamping force, run by a team of dedicated & experienced operators. Besides, our injection machines are equipped with Robot Arms which will greatly improve the product consistency, quality and production efficiency.

Hightlights of our molding capabilities:

  • Design for Manufacturability Analysis: we will analyze the part design and check its suitability for the injection molding process.
  • Hot Runner: which brings shorter cycle time, more design flexibility, better product quality & appearance.
  • 2 Shot Molding (2K): the molding process in which two different plastic resins or colors are molded together in a single cycle.
  • Injection Machines: from 28 to 1200 ton clamping force.
  • Shot Capacity: from less than one gram, up to 3,000 grams per cycle.
  • Pad Printing & Silk Screening: we can work with our partner companies to provide printing service when it is required.

Quality Control

Quality stands at the center of our business philosophy. We design and build moulds ourselves. Each and every aspect of the project is 100% in our own hands. Thus we can implement and practice whole-process quality control, starting from product design verification, mould-building, engineering, injection molding, first article inspection (FAI), up to the final inspection. The molding and inspection are carried out by a well-trained dedicated workforce.

Main instruments used in our quality control process:

  • Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) – Two or three-dimensional measurement
  • Profile Projector – Two-dimensional measurement
  • Color Difference Meter – Checks and verifies the color of products
  • Moisture Tester – Tests the moisture contained in material resin
  • Other Measuring Instruments – Electronic scale, calipers, depth gauge, height gauge, etc.
