Ningbo Sculptor Precision Moulds & Plastics Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo City which is the departure port of Maritime Silk Road. Since the establishment in May, 2009, we have been engaging in plastic injection mould building and plastic injection molding all the time, specializing in serving the plastic packing industry.

The company occupies a floor area of 6,700 square meters. The workshops are fully equipped with advanced manufacturing & molding equipment which include High Speed CNC Center, Precision Milling Machine, EDM Machine, Wire Cutting Machine, Surface Grinding Machine, as well as Haitian Plastic Injection Molding Machines (from 28 to 1,200 ton clamping force). We produce over 200 sets of moulds every year.

Besides the advanced equipment, we own a dedicated high-quality workforce as well. Among them, there are 6 senior mould engineers and over 70 machinists and operators. The chief mould engineer used to work for several renowned packing container enterprises in China and has 26 years' experiences in the field of plastics and mould building. He is especially good at designing and building packing container moulds with complex structure and solving the difficult technical problems.

Meanwhile, we also keep close contact with several experts and universities relevant with the industry. We will consult with them and find a solution when we are encountered with some truly challenging difficulties.
