1, the Equipment Description

This model of machine is a ultra-efficient liquid nitrogen filling system which can be used in low-speed to high-speed production line. The system adopts the rocket insulation technology, combined with technologies from Germany and USA. The liquid nitrogen is precisely injected into each container, and then vaporize to produce internal pressure, thus meeting designed filling requirements.

The liquid nitrogen is transported from the tank through the vacuum insulated tube to the filling tank. The liquid nitrogen is purified by gas-liquid separation procedure and then supplied to the filling head to inject the set amount of liquid nitrogen. The filling system uses a speed sensor to monitor the speed of the production line, and a container sensor to monitor the presence of the container, and then uses the speed synchronization filling technology to inject the liquid nitrogen into the product container. The entire nitrogen injection process is controlled by the programmable logic controller, sensors and man-machine interface together.

Equipment Characteristics:

• Nitrogen positive pressure protection: the nozzle adopts dry nitrogen positive pressure protection, to prevent the surrounding air from entering into the nozzle, causing frosting and ice blocking inside the nozzle.
• The use of differential pressure level meter which has high level accuracy. The tank is equipped with gas-liquid separation function, to achieve non-pressure filling.
• Accurate nitrogen Injection: the equipment provides stable and accurate nitrogen injection.
• Individual raise: up to 600 per minute.
• Self-adaptive filling mode: detect the bottles automatically. Fill only when the bottle is detected. No bottle, no filling.
• Adaptive filling or continuous filling: the speed of adaptive filling mode can be set by the user.
• Vacuum Adiabatic Technology: improve liquid nitrogen using efficiency.
• Soft filling compatible: suitable for hot filling, powder and granular products.
• Micro-filling technology: to maintain the consistency and accuracy of nitrogen injection at all production lines.
